This is not your standard interview process of reciting solutions to LeetCode problems. You get to lean more on your engineering experience, with each interview being an open-ended discussion about multiple approaches to solve a problem, including trade-offs and scaling issues.

In each stage, the recruiter, interviewers, and HM were all very friendly and transparent about themselves and the company. They weren't trying to paint a perfect picture and were happy to discuss current challenges and issues.

The stages consisted of:

• An online assessment
• Three technical interviews
• One system design interview
• One deep dive interview

Scheduling was also very fast, and the entire loop took a little more than a week.

Overall, a very pleasant experience.
