Pre-screen:

Design an in-memory database with 4 levels of requirements. Focus more on good code structure and flexibility than on algorithms. (If you are reasonably familiar, in my opinion. Google interviews are super algorithmic).

Technical 1 + 2:

Done one after another in a 2-hour session. An NDA was signed, but one of them was pretty similar to the pre-screen, some file scanning app. The other one was more algorithmic, focused on tricky backtracking.

Nice, practical interviews, but I didn't have luck.
