I met with a recruiter at a career fair and was invited to participate in a coding challenge the following day.

It was a challenging problem (Folders and Cows), but luckily I was able to pass with all test cases.

Soon after, I was told they would be interested in scheduling a phone interview (about a week and a half passed between the challenge and the interview).

My interviewer was very nice and friendly, but I had trouble understanding him and struggled slightly to grasp the problem he presented.

I was told the following evening that they would be moving forward with other candidates.
