I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn.
My first interview (30 minutes) with QA by phone went great. I was able to gather information about the experience.
The second interview (1 hour) was with the QA lead. I was asked how I could improve the quality of an airline. I provided answers based on my understanding of airlines and potential areas for improvement from my perspective. However, it felt like a one-way conversation. The interviewer seemed tired and uninterested. After my answers, he simply said "Ok..." and then asked a follow-up question like, "You said that... How can you improve that...?" I felt stuck and unsure if my answers were good or bad.
How can you improve the quality of an airline?
