Dropbox is one of the better (non-startup) companies to work for. They really care about their people and promote a healthy environment to work in.
Pay is pretty good and benefits are pretty good as well. Most all-remote for everyone.
Some folks may gripe at senior management; I would challenge them to work at other companies. Everyone complains about management at their respective companies, but the folks in senior leadership here at least care, even when they have to make tough choices.
