Amazing Culture, Changing Decisions
Amazing culture - I still miss it :) One of the best benefits in the market. Awesome tech stack. Very flat org structure and DTE managers - your voice is heard. Excellent learning opportunities. Impactful work - you can come up with an idea and implement it. The hiring bar is very high and thus there are a lot of smart engineers. During pre-COVID times, restaurant-quality food three times a day with an unlimited amount of snacks, drinks, etc.
Decisions are not always concrete; they may change their mind about a project even after it's half done.
It's a very competitive market, even though the company came out with some brilliant ideas to make it easier.
