- Decent culture, depending on what team you're working on
- Recently cut parental leave, particularly for non-birthing parents.
- There seem to be perpetual reorganizations; for example, I know someone who has had four different managers in the span of a year.
- Cut company PTO days.
- Messaging around parental benefit cuts has been pretty tone-deaf and corporate-speaky.
Either live up to the value of "Make Work Human" or get rid of it as a company value. At this point, you're gaslighting employees to have that as a value.
