The onboarding experience was amazing. During the one-week onboarding, you made me feel eye-opening about how serious they are treating the new hires. I could feel fun and inclusive.

Oh, how can I forget about the food? Everybody knows (if you don't, then you should). Dropbox has the top (if not No. 1) food compared to all the companies in the world.
Engineering. I enjoyed my work so far. I was in a bigger company where it moved really slowly. And now I am quite satisfied, as I feel every day I can get something done. One week's work at Dropbox can probably take me one month in my previous company because I needed to deal with a lot of political sh*t.
This might be debatable. Given the COVID-19 impact, I feel DBX is doing pretty well. If you look at the stock, it is one of the very few tech stocks that are not really falling.
Best compensation and benefits among tech.
The only thing is, the future of the product has a risk of not succeeding, given that other big names (MSFT, GOOG) are also in the same field.
