Virtual first gave me the ability to work in the tech industry without moving to a major metro, and allowed for a more level playing field for remote work. Awesome benefits include a quarterly perks stipend and a Friday off every month to recharge. Great people to work with and plenty of opportunities to work on things that make an impact.
None that I can think of. It will be nice to get together in person as COVID restrictions are lifting and teams are being given travel budgets.
