If you're a high performer, you'll find your work cut out for you here. If you're a low performer, you'll find a cushy, coasty job.

Also, the company bets on inclusivity and diversity, which is excellent.

Cons

The company is lacking direction. The recent AI push has, for the most part, been a disorganized mess that hasn't brought any significant value to the company, and as of right now, it's not clear what exactly is going to happen with that.

Advice to Management

Dropbox has a killer market position that can be leveraged into new products that don't suck for once.
