Dropbox puts so much focus on work-life balance, and there are many organizations throughout the company for all demographics. The culture of mentorship is also huge here, and you'll always find someone eager to help on your professional and personal development. I feel really cared about and supported as an individual.
Dropbox is Virtual First, which has its pros and cons.
Sometimes I miss interacting with people in an office setting, but they do their best to try and unite team members in quarterly in-person meetings.
