Dropbox is an outstanding option for those seeking remote work. Compensation is top tier while living in a low cost of living area. I love that everyone still meets up in person a few times a year.
There are way too many reorganizations that are very disruptive to teams.
Let teams settle in to an org change for at least 6 months to a year before shifting things around again.
