Pros

PPO and HMO options available.

Cons

For Anthem, Dropbox has picked Rightway as the pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) and has opted to not cover GLP-1 medications. Rightway is known to convince employers to not cover these benefits. Dropbox would rather save money than provide comprehensive care.

Advice to Management

Stop seeing obesity as a lifestyle issue and as an actual medical disease, like it has been classified. Everyone knows that prevention is the best medicine, not waiting until we have diabetes to give us coverage.
