Dropbox has a strong company culture with a focus on impact. If you are willing to be bold and put in long hours, it is possible to be very successful at the company.
I would not recommend Dropbox for parents of young children. Many (possibly most) employees leave the company within two years of having a new child. At the time I left, the consensus among the members of the employee resource group for parents was that the situation is not likely to improve until one of the founders has a kid.
