Dropbox: A Fantastic Place to Work
Dropbox is a zany, high-velocity, awesomely creative, best-food-in-town, friendly place to work. I really enjoy:
- Great engineering talent
- Well-reasoned decisions
- High-end restaurant-quality food
- A multitude of perks
- Creative projects
- Great transparency
There are still a lot of organizational growing pains. Dropbox still hasn't quite figured out how to do peer reviews well, the office is a little crowded, and so on.
This is certainly all going to be resolved in time. Everyone here has good intentions.
