One of the best engineering teams. A lot of freedom to pursue even the craziest product ideas/hacks. Chance to work with world-class designers/product people. One of the few companies that will make it BIG. Great perks, best food options in the Bay Area. Great commute to the South Bay (office right at the Caltrain station) or San Francisco.
A lot of challenge and competition from other bigger companies.
Should focus more on the core product, especially the business option.
