Good benefits. Some teams have good culture, while others don't. It's a very humanized company to work for amongst all tech companies.
Good work-life balance. It used to be a great company.
Constant reorgs at the leadership level, lack of direction and CEO involvement, nepotism in many departments. The top is too hands off. Two layoffs so far, despite promises and stable cash flow.
Create a more stable environment to keep talent.
