Great pay, benefits, and work-life balance
Virtual first means we are primarily working from home, and we have the option to visit the office if we want. The pay is competitive with all the top tech employers. I've never felt burnt out because my manager is always on top of making sure we have breaks and paying attention to our work-life balance.
I wish we still had the cafeteria. I heard it was legendary.
