High compensation. Convenience of Virtual First. Engineer-driven culture. Company deeply cares about employee well-being. Extremely smart and nice people, no drama or politics. Interesting challenges. Always plenty to do, but without the stress of rigid deadlines. Great benefits, although budget for these has lowered a bit recently.
- Quarterly off-sites might not be enough for some who really need an in-person connection.
- It can be tough to stay motivated/productive at times.
- Annual re-orgs are almost guaranteed, with the company mission constantly shifting.
