Dropbox has great talents, top-tier compensation, a fully remote environment, and large-scale challenging problems for engineers. Above all these, the work-life balance is unbeatable.
While Dropbox has a stable business and customer base, it is still fighting hard to find its second hyper-growth product. Some teams (especially product teams) may need to pivot quite frequently to find the right direction.
