Initial phone screen Interview with Engineer Manager Coding test Team Placement I had the phone screen but was turned down because the position required more YOE than I had. This should have been weeded out much earlier.

It's an online assessment, not an interview yet. It lasted 75 minutes on Hackerrank and had one question. There were eight test cases, and I did not pass three of them. Consequently, I did not advance to the next round.
