Good WLB + Pay, Meh Eng Culture
Dropbox pays well and offers good work-life balance. The benefits are pretty good. The people are friendly. Being able to work remotely is really nice and offers a lot of flexibility.
There isn't a lot of investment in building good internal tools, simplifying existing tools, etc. The work is somewhat interesting, but there are more top-down initiatives than I prefer.
Invest much more in developer experience.
