Dropbox puts a lot of effort into creating a good work environment. I like their Virtual First approach, focusing on remote work but still having team meetups and events in different locations.
Dropbox is trying to expand into new businesses outside of cloud storage. There is some exciting potential, but operationally it feels like they are still figuring out how to properly support those teams.
