I applied through LinkedIn and received an email with an assessment. Unfortunately, I did not pass to the next step, so I can share my personal experience with the process. I appreciated how fast they responded and how quickly I received the results.

Applied on-line. Received an e-mail from a Dropbox recruiter expressing interest and an invite to a coding exam about two days later. Did not make it past the coding exam. Recruiting process was efficient.
