Pros

Dropbox has worked hard to keep everything, particularly their intern program, transparent. Interns receive bi-weekly written feedback from their mentors, and return offer expectations are very clearly communicated at the beginning of the summer. While this felt nerve-wracking and stressful at first, I think it helped me grow quite a bit. Full-time employees also have a regular system for peer and manager reviews.

Cons

There are those who keep normal schedules, but I get the feeling that a large portion of the workforce stays late and eats most of their meals at the office.

This promotes a nice sense of community, but it takes effort to remind yourself that it is OK to leave work at 6.

I also wouldn't suggest Dropbox for people who like to work insularly, don't like the idea of getting lots of feedback, or don't take negative feedback constructively. This is a place where people want to grow and improve through feedback and collaboration.
