Every few years, there is a company that, through its culture and network effects, gathers the most talented engineers in the valley to work on something. Dropbox is that place now. Having interned/visited other tech companies like Facebook, Google, Twitter, and Palantir, I have not seen another company with such a high concentration of very talented engineers and motivated employees.
The Dropbox office is a great place to be, and there are tons of cool people hanging around all the time. It might be hard to leave in the evening and have a life outside of work.
