Applied online through the university job posting. Then I was given an online coding test, which was fairly easy. Afterwards, I was given a recorded online interview to do. Then, I had a phone technical interview, which was more questions-based.
The interviewer asked questions related to programming paradigms and OODesign. The interviewer was friendly.
