First, there was a phone interview with HR.
Next, I was required to finish an online coding challenge which consists of two easy questions.
Then, I got an interview with the hiring manager. The questions are not hard, but I would say do go over the classic interview questions for your programming language before the interview.

Pros: Great place to work. Don sets the culture from the top in a very positive way. It is a meritocracy with little politics given the company's size.
Cons: Front office jobs can have long hours.
Speak with the partner you're going to work for. The company is big enough now that the different partners have different styles and personalities, and they are different enough you should know what you're getting into.
