- What is your programming language of choice?
- Fundamental questions on the same. For C++, base class pointers, mutability, compare with Java and Python, and why it's fast.
- Questions on hash tables and sorting (application-based question).

Pros: Great place to work. Don sets the culture from the top in a very positive way. It is a meritocracy with little politics given the company's size.
Cons: Front office jobs can have long hours.
Speak with the partner you're going to work for. The company is big enough now that the different partners have different styles and personalities, and they are different enough you should know what you're getting into.
