A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn.
I had a first-round call with a senior Software Engineer.
I had to send an email to the recruiter to tell someone to join me on the interview call after waiting for 30 minutes on Zoom.
I was given a take-home assignment.
I never heard back until I emailed the recruiter three days later; I was told they decided to not move forward after the review.
Questions
- Simple questions around past experience on resume.
- Take home was a Tetris Game Engine (simplified)

Pros: Great place to work. Don sets the culture from the top in a very positive way. It is a meritocracy with little politics given the company's size.
Cons: Front office jobs can have long hours.
Speak with the partner you're going to work for. The company is big enough now that the different partners have different styles and personalities, and they are different enough you should know what you're getting into.
