OA was 3 LeetCode questions, easy-medium. Might have gotten lucky.
First tech interview was about CS fundamental questions, a little bit about data structures and algorithms. Be sure to be prepared for implementation details for common data structures.
Also some bits about how computers work down to the hardware.

Pros: Extremely diverse company in terms of the different areas of financial markets they are involved in. Great people, really smart, yet down-to-earth.
Cons: Team allocation could be a bit better. I don’t think this is a common experience for all interns, as the majority were really happy with their teams.

Pros: Very good programming experience, excellent code base and development practices.
Friendly and work-life balance environment; people are always ready to help.
Cons: Compensation at lower grades may be a bit less than in other HFT giants, but it seems that it becomes more equal with time.

Pros: - Quite good salary (but not comparable with the very best firms on the market like Jane Street, etc.).
- Nice people.
- Nice and well-equipped office.
Cons: - Very long hours (everyone expects you to look at the results, not at the time spent in the office, which basically means that people stay up to 12 hours in the office).
- Bad salary and career progression.
- Lack of transparency and clear communication between managers and workers (at least in my team).
