Process
First step was an OA, which was fairly easy.
Second step was a phone screen with the manager of the team, which was also a great conversation. I was asked questions about my background and some behavioral questions.
Third step was another phone screen, which was all technical trivia questions, which I felt weren't a true test of my skills at all. I got a rejection the next day.
