Online coding interview using Codility. It was my first coding interview, and I thought it was very fair. They asked three questions, and I had two hours to complete them. When done right, they shouldn't have required that many lines of code. It was mainly knowing the right algorithms.

Sorting and indexing algorithms for an array.
Finding unique paths in a binary tree.

Pros: Great place to work. Don sets the culture from the top in a very positive way. It is a meritocracy with little politics given the company's size.
Cons: Front office jobs can have long hours.
Speak with the partner you're going to work for. The company is big enough now that the different partners have different styles and personalities, and they are different enough you should know what you're getting into.
