No real downsides in my opinion, but this is probably because I work with a great team and have interesting work. That may not be everyone's experience.
LeetCode-like question with follow-ups on C++ concepts like virtual memory, address space, etc. Coding everything from scratch, and there are also weird concepts like function pointers. The question was not too hard, but I needed to remember concepts
HR, take-home coding tests, behavioral, technical discussion, and live coding for several rounds. The live coding sessions are a bit hard. Some are about problem-solving, and some are about data structures and algorithms.
I did a set of interviews in summer '25. The interviews were not that difficult, mostly problems you'll face in real life. The interviewers themselves were mostly nice, although a couple seemed like they didn't care and weren't very involved in the p
