Quite good but not the very best employer in finance
- Quite good salary (but not comparable with the very best firms on the market like Jane Street, etc.).
- Nice people.
- Nice and well-equipped office.
- Very long hours (everyone expects you to look at the results, not at the time spent in the office, which basically means that people stay up to 12 hours in the office).
- Bad salary and career progression.
- Lack of transparency and clear communication between managers and workers (at least in my team).
