All of my coworkers here were extremely intelligent, and generally pleasant people to work with. DRW's hiring mentality shines here. Likewise, the technologies we worked with were always cutting-edge, and DRW's fast-paced environment keeps you on your toes.
On some teams, the pace of DRW's work environment often leads to a lesser work/life balance.
