Process
Recruiters were very timely with feedback and moved the process along quickly. I heard back about next steps by the next morning after an interview.
The process was lengthy, including:
- Two screening interviews
- One 6-hour onsite (two whiteboarding sessions, one system design, one pair-programming exercise, one informal chat with a manager)
- Three references required
It was a bit of a gauntlet to get through, but all of the interviewers were helpful and nice. I also got to meet some managers as part of team-matching.
