None that I can think of

Cons

Duolingo is headed in the same direction as many other FAANG companies, but not in the positive aspects. Duolingo has the most pretentious and clicky workforce I have ever been a part of. Not only that, but the obsession to monetize and grow our consumer base shows that the company's "values" are disguised to trick you into believing that this company actually cares about people. At the end of the day, we are just trying to squeeze people out of their money as much as we possibly can.

I will probably be leaving the tech industry because I feel that we are violating so many issues on an ethical basis. This company has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Advice to Management

Stop being pretentious.
