I like it for the most part.
One technical round. They asked a DSA problem. This round lasted for about an hour. They then followed up with a 15-minute chat with an engineer for you to ask questions about Duolingo.
They outsourced the interview to Karat. Three easy technical runtime/logic error in code questions, and then one medium-to-hard LeetCode question. The interviewer doesn't help at all and just stares at you.
The first part of the process was a CodeSignal assessment. The next part was a virtual interview done through Karat. There were questions about time and space complexity and then a coding question.
