Process
Recruiter interview to discuss motivation and salary expectations, etc. The HR person was kind and helpful.
Then an interview with the hiring manager to discuss past experience and job expectations. This was followed by a technical interview where you had to live-code a real-world use case similar to those encountered at the company.
I later received an email after the hiring manager interview stating they would not continue because the hiring manager didn’t “feel” I was senior enough.
