Awesome company with an awesome product
Software Engineer • Current Employee
Gdańsk, Poland
January 12, 2018
Pros: The company has a great product and a great vision for extending it. There's no better place to work for engineers who want to be creative and solve complex technical problems. It has a flat management structure, an extremely friendly atmosphere, and no open spaces!
Cons: Nothing really, maybe besides the office location, which is in an already crowded place. All other IT companies are nearby.

Pros: The culture of R&D in the company is excellent.

The everyday challenges make it a great environment.
Cons: The company is growing. It's big, but not huge. Work is in progress in terms of polishing procedures and general management across all levels. Top-down communication can be improved.
