Pros: Great work-life balance.
Good overall benefits package.
Good career growth opportunities (management is willing to let you experiment with what you want to do in life and take reasonable risks).
Cons: Salary is low compared to west-coast market averages.
401k match is low (only 3%).
Overseas developers seem to control a lot of development things (not usually a problem but can be annoying).
No bonuses.
