Pros: The company has a great product and a great vision for extending it. There's no better place to work for engineers who want to be creative and solve complex technical problems. It has a flat management structure, an extremely friendly atmosphere, and no open spaces!
Cons: Nothing really, maybe besides the office location, which is in an already crowded place. All other IT companies are nearby.
