• Slowly taking away benefits that were given as perks 2-3 years ago (no paid conventions, no paid formations, no innovation days). • Very difficult to get a raise, even if you work your ass off. There is now a minimum amount of time that you need to be working in a certain position to get a raise, even if you are constantly proving your value. • Below average salary, even though they brag about excellent results and YoY returns every month and how they are pleased with our work. • A lot of attrition; good people are leaving in favor of other companies that value their employees more.

Advice to Management

Take care of your current employees. Be more transparent with the current situation and why you are really making everything worse for them. Make things easier instead of complicating them. Do not change or take away perks that were part of your initial offer without giving something back.
