I would definitely recommend to a friend
- Very welcoming environment, even with a language barrier, as I was coming to a German-speaking office without real German-speaking skills.
- Space and ability to make an impact from almost day #1.
- Putting a lot of trust and control in the actual people and teams.
- Healthy culture, focus on winning and moving forward, but still keeping a lot of humility.
- With such a big product, it's challenging to get the necessary domain knowledge in the beginning.
- It's sometimes easy to feel like a small cogwheel in a huge machine.
Keep up the awesome work going forward. This is nothing to take for granted.
