Company culture: people are ready to help regardless of the workload. There are many initiatives to provide work-life balance.
Good amount of benefits combined with good salaries and the ability to switch to different teams internally. I cannot think of anything else I want from the company.
Focus on leadership. The company is growing fast in many areas, and this needs efforts to align all the teams working independently.
Grow middle management and enforce them with decision-making ability.
LPEs, POs need more decision-making ability.
