Excellent work/life balance. Salaries have not updated to 2022 standards (since COVID)
Great work-life balance. Good overall benefits package. Good career growth opportunities (management is willing to let you experiment with what you want to do in life and take reasonable risks).
Salary is low compared to west-coast market averages. 401k match is low (only 3%). Overseas developers seem to control a lot of development things (not usually a problem but can be annoying). No bonuses.
