Friendly work colleagues. You feel that you are a member of the Dynatrace Team and not just employee X.
Salary is, in my opinion, a bit too low compared to our direct competitors and other companies listed on the NYSE. Also, the leadership at some points feels a bit disconnected from its employees in Europe.
