Great general working environment, dedicated and motivated employees, and flexible working opportunities throughout Austria.
There is too little transparency regarding management decisions towards the employees. Internal pulse surveys often do not reflect reality, and the opportunities for anonymous participation in pulse surveys have not improved in recent months.
