Process
I was contacted by HR, followed by a technical interview.
The technical interview went pretty well. The interviewer even said he hopes to see me in the future at the end.
However, I received a rejection on the same day of the technical interview, stating they chose other candidates. This was a complete surprise and a waste of time.
If they already knew my background didn't match, why bother setting up a tech screen?
But I never wanted to go to a company that is going down in the decade anyway.
